Yes. Howard Meltzer is "THE" Casting Director of "Hannah Montana" and other popular kids shows and films. He is really the person in Hollywood who casts  roles on these shows. He has casted over 80 shows for Disney's Hannah Montana. Look on the official Hollywood credits site, www.IMDB.com, and plug in his name......and YES....HOWARD MELTZER will be there in person!!

NO. There are no guarantees of employment. Although Howard has discovered  young talent outside the state of California and has casted them when they were in LA, this is designed for your child to build confidence and having an educational experience only. This is NOT an audition, but he does read scenes from his shows personally with each child. ALL young talent will recieve ONE on ONE time with Howard in the workshop. 

YES. Payment is for ONE 3 hour workshop with Howard.

NO REFUNDS. Howard is taking his free weekend off  in LA to fly to Atlanta.  If there is a waiting list of people at the workshop who are stand by, then we will reconsider this. It is strongly recommended to know for sure you are going to attend. This is a once in a lifetime event.  

Well, You will know what Howard feels about their performance, because he will be giving a one page evaluation on paper of each childs performance. 

Howard strongly suggests that they be at a "6th grade" reading level. So only if this is for sure.The workshop is recommended for ages 10-19.

Your child can wear anything they are comfortable and feel confident in. Solid colors work best and think nice colors.....We don't recommend black or white tops. Don't let anything be too distracting....let your child's "talent" stand out, not flashy clothes.  Watch what they wear in the shows!!

Once again, this isn't 3 hours of Howard standing up in front of the class and talking about how great Miley is, or how everyone in the class will be a star.....THIS IS A WORKSHOP......NOT an audition.  This means that the kids will be interactively WORKING with Howard "one on one" on the scene(s) that he decides to give them. Working means reading the scene with him and then again after he redirects them. They will also learn valuable do's and don'ts by watching the other kids in the class. If this is not clear, then email us or call before signing up and we get back to you and will re-explain.

Yes, Absolutely.  This is a great credit to have on the resume under training for your child. You can put under "Training" ... Howard Meltzer Workshop.

Classes are limited to 24 per class to keep it more intimate. The workshop lasts for approx. 3 hours.
